Ordering Procedure

To purchase our Moringa (Moringa Oleifera) products, please follow the steps below :

1. Send an Inquiry
Please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or contact form with the following details :

  • Company Name / Buyer Name
  • Country of Destination
  • Product Type Required
  • Order Quantity
  • Product Specifications (if any)
  • Destination Port
  • Packaging Requirements (if applicable)

2. Receive Quotation
After receiving your inquiry, we will send you a detailed quotation including :

  • Product Specifications
  • Price (FOB / CIF / CNF)
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • Estimated Production Time
  • Shipping Estimation
  • Payment Terms

3. Order Confirmation
If you agree with our quotation, please confirm your order.
We will then issue :

  • Proforma Invoice (PI)
  • Product Details
  • Total Amount
  • Payment Instructions

4. Production & Preparation
Once payment is received according to the agreement, we will begin :

  • Production or Packaging
  • Quality Control Inspection
  • Export Documentation Preparation
  • Shipment Scheduling

5. Shipment & Delivery
The goods will be shipped according to the agreed shipping method.

We will provide the following shipping documents :

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin (COO)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)
  • Other required export documents

Payment Terms

We provide flexible payment options to support international transactions.

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

This is the most commonly used payment method.

Standard payment terms :

  • 50% Down Payment (DP) after Proforma Invoice confirmation
  • 50% Balance Payment before shipment

Alternative terms (based on agreement) :

  • 50% Down Payment – 50% Before Shipment

2. Letter of Credit (L/C)

Available for large-volume orders.

Conditions:

  • Applicable for bulk orders
  • Issued through a reputable international bank
  • Terms based on mutual agreement

Shipping Methods

  • Sea Freight
    Suitable for large-volume shipments and cost efficiency.
  • Air Freight
    Suitable for urgent shipments or medium quantities.
  • Courier Express
    Recommended for product samples.

Production Lead Time

Estimated production time :

  • Samples: 3 – 7 working days
  • Regular Orders: 7 – 21 working days
    (Depending on order quantity and product type)

Sample Request

We provide product samples to allow customers to verify quality before placing bulk orders.

Sample Policy :

  • Samples are available upon request
  • Shipping cost is covered by the buyer
  • Sample delivery time: 3 – 7 working days
